As a programme management lead and advisor, I have steered large-scale and complex initiatives, including transformative business programmes, sustainability efforts of national significance, and landmark international asset-based R&D projects. My experience also extends to playing a leadership role in the development of groundbreaking government policy.

I have extensive experience in commercial and operations management, with a track record of driving cross-department integration, performance improvement, and cost savings in newly established organisations. My expertise includes end-to-end financial management, encompassing invoicing, payment, forecasting, reconciliation, and cash-flow management to ensure financial stability and transparency.
